Ayurvedic Abhyanga Massage: This massage originates from India. It is based on traditional relaxation and detoxification Ayurvedic massage. Brisk movements are used to balance the energies of the body & generate heat to help the oils penetrate the skin. During the massage we use alot of sesame oil to condition the hair and skin.

This is a new service inspired by my "Yoga of the Voice" classes. I will come to your home and listen to your goals and what your blocks have been and then I will give you 1-2 mantra's that I intuitively am guided to give you to chant. I will also give you any other suggestions and messages I intuitively receive. I then will chant these Mantras with you focusing on your intention/desire for 15 Minutes. This is intended to give you confidence in your chanting and tapping into that powerful flow of intention.

All these modalities use the energy meridians and acupressure points of the body to help the body rebalance itself. Tui Na is good for chronic pain and problems, tension, and Fibromyalgia. This modality can be very light to very deep in pressure.

Face Lift Acupressure restores energetic circulation to the facial muscles to tighten and liven the face. This is a very relaxing modality.

Cellulite Release uses many Tui Na and Massage techniques to increase the flow of blood to the area so that the cellulite can easily release out of the body. Cupping is also used for better results. This is not a relaxation massage.

Payment for readings in person is due at the time of the reading. Payment for phone readings is due in advance. If you would like a phone reading then you will have to pay by Pay pal. Pay pal has the ability to process checks and credit cards. With checks the session will be scheduled after the online check has cleared. Please email me your name, phone number and how long of a session you would like. Please include your form of payment so I can make sure I received your payment through pay pal. Once I receive your payment I will call you and schedule an appointment. I will also send an email if I cannot reach you. The day before your scheduled reading I will call to confirm your appointment. Please, please call me at least 24 hours in advanced if you have to cancel and reschedule. This is my job and like you would with any other appointment please advise me of your situation.
